Bag Filter Systems pictured show the versatility of this workhorse in the filtration field.

A very common application is for cooling water usually on a sidestream basis often in conjunction with an UltraViolet System.

The benefits are reduced particles in the water and with the Ultraviolet less Bacterial load hopefully both reducing blowdown.

The second most common application we see is using Bag Filters for Coolant Filtration.

With the versatility of the different micron ratings available with Bag Filter Elements, you can select a bag filter system to meet all but the smallest micron ratings. In fact, if you have a very small micron rating requirement, we will probably want to prefilter the polishing cartridge filters with one a bag filter.

This first system shown is for cooling water – is used on the Chilled water Loop in a facility.

This third system shown is for cooling water – also used on the Chilled water Loop in a facility.

This system is a Coolant Filtration System which use the Bag Filters as a final polishing step.

The large tank is a settling tank with a drag out or clean out section where the heavier and denser particles readily settle to ease the load and expense of the replaceable bags.

On the right we have a Duplex Bag System that has been polished up to be used in a food processing application.
