Electronics, Electroplating and Printed Circuit Water Systems require Deionized Water for both rinsing and make-up.
To recycle the rinses we utilize Carbon and Ion Exchange Resins which remove the organic and Ionic contaminants so the water can be reused.
Because there are evaporative losses, continual additional water is required for the processes.
That is why we use the RO Systems as make up on the source water for the processes. Using the RO removes over 95% of the incoming water dissolved contaminants which ultimately save on the resin costs in the Printed Circuit Board Aqueous Cleaning Recycling System.
