Tools of the Trade

Tools of the Trade are items we use in many of our systems.  They are not strictly speaking tools but are very handy elements we use.

Settling Tanks do exactly what they say.  Probably the original filtration device, Settling Tanks use gravity to clarify liquids.

Air Operated Pumps move liquids with high solids content – usually liquids with solids that would be difficult to move with standard pumps.

Chemical Dosing Pumps meter in a controlled amount of chemical used frequently to precipitate iron so the iron can be captured on downstream filters.

Static Mixers are used to thoroughly mix a chemical in a water stream to ensure there is enough contact time for the chemical reaction to take place.

We take a Deep Bed Filter usually used in metalworking add a custom control panel, pumps and other peripherals necessary for a complete working system.
